Marketing can be confusing because it’s a word everyone knows but most haven’t a clue about. To us, a normally verbose bunch, we try and simplify it by saying that marketing is creating a conversational, action-driven relationship between you and a customer. They have a need, you can fill it, and marketing helps you both connect with each other to get that need filled. Make sense? No? Oh, ok. Maybe some of the examples below will help.
